The Founder
Founder of Tinker Experience.
Ashley Rieck is an experience architect and Cultural connector with more than 15 years of experience designing immersive events, environments, and moments that bring people together. She creates spaces where creativity, opportunity, and human connection collide. Ashley transforms gatherings into meaningful experiences that inspire action and leave a lasting impression.
Her work has activated spaces around the world, including parties at the Cannes Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca and SXSW, as well as multiple projects in Mexico City, connecting creators, change makers and communities across industries and cultures.
Through her company, Tinker Experiential Design, and her work in corporate and nonprofit events, Ashley specializes in building unforgettable experiences that engage all five senses and turn audiences into active participants in the story.

We’ve been producing events at Misfit for almost two decades, and for much of that I designed and produced every last inch of our gatherings on my own because I could never find an event planner or creative designer who would really try to understand the essence of the experience we were trying to build. And then I met Ashley, and my life changed. She is that rare hybrid of individual that sits at the cross section of event execution, interior design and theatrical production.
